OLYMPIA VILLAS AND APARTMENTS - The Olympia Villa and Apartments are situated in the village one minute from the beach. They have lovely views of the beach and surrounding countryside. The six person villa on top right of the picture stands independent of the taverna. It contains three bed rooms,kitchen/diner,bath/shower and toilet. A patio that surrounds the villa. Recently refurbished.The Apartments are above the taverna, modern furnishings but still with an essentially Greek feel. Air conditioned. The owners will give you a warm welcome and always on site running their beautiful taverna which plays only mellow quite music.

SPIROS VILLAS - A block of 2 apartments suitable for 4 persons, and 4 for two persons situated opposite the Gallini apartments and next to tennis courts. Two large bedrooms with nice matching bedding, kitchen, bathroom. 500m from the beach.
Use of the swimming pool.

Extra beds can be added if required in the form of an airbed/put-up camp bed/sofa bed -to the above villas.

By Corfiot standards the kitchens, like the bedrooms, are generous in size, making a combination of diner/living room A full cooker, cutlery and crockery are also provided. The fridge’s are large with an above average sized freezing compartment. All are provided for as self-catering kitchens, but are not de-luxe models.

OTHER VARIOUS SIZED VILLAS which we might use in the height of the season are of a similar standard. Unfortunately, some of these may not necessarily be at the brochure rate, as we buy the beds at seasonal village rates as and when required. Some we use are on villa page opposite. ALL VILLAS SHOWN UNLESS STATED APPROX. 1 MIN WALK FROM EITHER BEACH  OR POOL.

THE VILLAS/ APARTMENTS

Situation -In the middle or surrounding area of this small rural/seaside
village. Off the tiny village street is a long sandy beach, wonderfully
shallow bathing for children. At the north end of the beach* you can find
for rent sunbeds, brollies and watersports including paragliding,
jet/water skiing, canoes, pedalos plus many other fun rides, such as the
Banana! The small harbour end tends to be occupied by independent souls
carting their boats, snorkels, lilos, brollies and icebags. Close to the
villas is The Nafsika, with its free swimming pool open to non-residents
(one of several in the village).

Host/esses -We provide each villa with a host/ess, who will be helpful,
practical and English- speaking. The owner's family maintain and tend your
villas, providing everything from maid service to gardening. Overwhelming
kindness, hospitality, and honesty are common to all the families in Agios
Stefanos. The families are still of an "extended" nature with strong codes
of conduct. Although fun-loving, they do appreciate a sensible level of
behaviour.

Villa Services -Bed linen and towels changed weekly (take your own beach
towels). Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens cleaned weekly. If your
children/infants require mattress protection sheets, these must be
requested in advance if not supplying your own. Toilet wastebins emptied
frequently, other wastebins regularly. (first roll only provided) Water is
heated by electric or solar (heat can be influenced by amount of sun). The
shower water is usually hot but please, in the height of the season, do
remember that there is often a water shortage. The water is quite safe to
drink but tastes a little unpalatable in coffee or tea -bottled water is
readily available.

Please note: Furnishings in Greek properties are fairly simple. Re:
bathrooms -as the Greek sewage system cannot always cope, please put
lavatory paper and sanitary products in the wastebins provided.  No local
dogs or cats to be encouraged or fed in the vicinity of the villas.

SELF-CATERING facilities vary from suitable for breakfast/snacks to full
cookers. Please request further information if required.
